EDC System for Data Management

Managing data at single or multiple sites can be a challenge. We understand that deploying studies in an efficient and timely manner is especially important for the success of your study. We are able to work in a variety of Data Management/EDC systems. Our primary method of data collection combines our processes with Veeva’s CDMS. As a result we are able to reduce start-up times using the electronic data capture system (EDC) and shorten back-end timelines using the built in Vault Coder and Vault Connections applications. Our CDMS is connected to Celerion’s CTMS to support deviation management. Using this platform provides you with trial monitors, sites, and access to data in a convenient, transparent way that ultimately leads to a clean, consistent database.

Fully Automated Data Management

Using Veeva CBD we are able to integrate ClinQuick® electronic data, captured electronically within our clinics, with Veeva Studio housing ePRO and eConsent data as well as other outside data sources creating a full study database for cleaning. This revolutionary advancement minimizes the need for data reconciliations elsewhere and meets growing expectations for speed and transparency.

The integration of Veeva CDMS results in consistent data management and reporting capabilities across multiple sites, gathering the data in one centralized database. It also enables dynamic risk monitoring, robust query management, dashboards, data sharing with the Veeva CTMS for deviation management, extensive reporting, and data extraction in portable industry formats.
